What we do

For over a decade now, guttering and roofline work has been the whole focus of what we do here in Rathmines, not a sideline bolted onto something else.

We cover Dublin 6 and the surrounding postcodes, working on everything from a single cracked downpipe to a full roofline strip-out and replacement. Anywhere from Portobello down to the Terenure Road, and as far out as the Rathgar and Harold’s Cross areas, we’re familiar ground.

The work itself

uPVC is what most customers want these days, it’s low maintenance and the profiles have come a long way. We fit half-round, ogee and square-line profiles, and we also carry out cast iron restoration for period properties where the original look matters. Aluminium seamless guttering is available for runs where joints would be a weak point.

On the roofline side, we replace uPVC fascia and soffit boards and deal with the timber fascia softwood rot remediation that tends to sit underneath them. That’s often the part people don’t see until we get the ladder up.

A school run we know well

We’ve done work for a lot of families around Rathmines, and we’re well used to the houses near Our Lady of Refuge primary school, the older Victorian terraces that need a bit more thought than a new build.
