How we work

Over the years, working on older properties around Orpington, Chelsfield, and across towards Green Street Green, damp has come up more than almost anything else. We deal with it properly, which often means installing a chemical damp proof course, injecting resin into the masonry at the correct centres to create a genuine moisture barrier, not just treating the surface and hoping for the best.

The detail matters

Newer builds get block and beam floors with 150mm of rigid insulation before the screed goes down. On extensions we use Thermalite blockwork for the inner leaf as standard, it keeps the thermal values where they need to be, the fabric of the build is doing its job from day one.

Where we work

We are based in Orpington and cover BR5, BR6, and the neighbourhoods around Petts Wood and beyond. Most of our work comes through word of mouth from people who have seen what we do on a neighbour’s property.
