What kind of work do you take on?

We handle the full range of rainwater and roofline work across south County Dublin. New gutter installations, full replacements, repairs, re-aligning runs that have lost their fall. We also fit uPVC fascia and soffit boards, and we cover dry verge systems on rooflines where the old mortar pointing has failed and let water in behind the tiles.

What materials do you work with?

Mostly uPVC, because it performs well and lasts. However, we also restore cast iron guttering on older properties and fit aluminium seamless runs where a client wants something more durable. Profiles we work with regularly include half-round, ogee and square-line.

Do you cover my area?

What’s something you see go wrong most often?

Gutter union seal silicone failure is the one we find on nearly every older system we inspect. The joint lets go quietly, water tracks back along the fascia, and by the time anyone notices, the timber underneath is soft. Catching it early saves a lot of money, honestly. We strip the old sealant, prep the union properly and reseal it so it holds.
