We source good materials, we prep the ground properly, and we lay everything to fall so drainage actually works. Most of the complaints we hear about older patios come down to someone skipping the groundwork. We do not skip it.

And if your garden has been left go for a few years, that is fine too. We deal with that regularly. Overgrown, uneven, the odd cracked kerb edge near the border, no problem. But a rushed job on bad ground is just money wasted, so we take the time to do it right first.

We have done a lot of work near the Citywest Road and Red Cow Roundabout corridor, and we know the soil conditions and drainage requirements in this part of Dublin well. Turns out a lot of patios in this area were laid without a proper sub-base. Surprised nobody, frankly.

Whether it is a full porcelain terrace, a sandstone pathway or a walled garden with new turf laid inside, we price it honestly and we show up when we say we will. That is about as complicated as we make it.
