Solid foundations. That’s where everything starts with us. At Frodsham Builders we’ve been putting up walls, laying groundworks, and finishing interiors across Cheshire for years, and the work speaks for itself.

Extensions and structural work

If you’re adding space to your home, we handle the whole build. That means digging out and forming the foundations, putting up the structure, and finishing it to a standard that ties in properly with your existing property. We don’t hand you over to subcontractors halfway through.

Loft and garage conversions

Converting garages is something we do regularly. A lot of homeowners don’t realise how much usable square footage is sitting there, and with the right structural approach it becomes a proper room rather than a dressed-up storage space. Loft work follows the same thinking.

Brickwork, plastering, and groundworks

We work in facing brick, engineering brick, and dense concrete blockwork depending on what the job calls for. The mix design and compaction spec for your subbase will vary depending on ground conditions, that’s not something we cut corners on. Plastering and rendering get the same attention.

Maintenance and smaller jobs

Not everything is a major project. Repointing, patching, general repairs, we take those seriously too. A small job done well tends to prevent a bigger one later.
