Patio Installation Across Dunchurch and the Surrounding Area

• Concrete flagstones where budget and practicality are the priority
• Pedestal-mounted raised paving systems for decked areas, roof terraces, or uneven surfaces

We also build garden walls, fit timber fencing, and lay both artificial and natural turfed lawns. When a garden needs a full refresh, we can usually handle the whole project without bringing in other trades.

What Happens When a Patio Is Left Too Long

A failing patio does more damage than most people realise. Here is what we regularly find when a customer has put off getting it sorted.

• Standing water pooling close to the house, which puts pressure on foundations over time
• Sunken or lifted slabs creating trip hazards across the whole surface
• Weed growth forcing joints apart and accelerating slab movement
• Soil erosion underneath, leaving voids that slabs eventually drop into
• Blocked or broken drainage channels that back water up into borders and lawn areas

When the weather does the rest, it tends to do it quickly. However, catching it early usually means less groundwork and a lower overall cost.
