Loft conversions in particular

We’ve done a lot of loft conversions over the years. Right, they’re one of those jobs where the detail really matters. A poorly planned dormer can cause water ingress problems for years. We take the structural calculations seriously from day one, and we work with engineers where the spec demands it.

Where we work

We’re familiar with residential builds around Ballincollig, Blackrock, and Blarney. Every area has its own ground conditions and planning quirks. We know Cork’s soil, its older housing stock, and how the council likes to see things done.
