Converting garages is something we get asked about constantly. People want usable space, not a cold room full of bikes, we sort the insulation, the floor, the blockwork openings, and make it a proper room. It’s straightforward work when it’s done right.

Most builds throw up something unexpected. Ground conditions shift, existing walls aren’t square, drainage runs where nobody thought it would. That’s just the job. We deal with it without drama and without inventing costs that aren’t there.

We don’t subcontract out to whoever’s available. The lads on site are our own team, I know what they’re capable of, and I stand over their work. Plastering, rendering, structural concrete, it all gets the same level of attention whether it’s a small maintenance job or a full new build. Nobody’s showing up in a van and winging it.
