What we actually do on site

We dig foundations, we lay block, we frame openings, and we finish walls. One job we do regularly is rendering the exterior of a house with K Rend, a fibre-reinforced silicone render that goes on cleanly and holds up well against the coastal weather you get around Brittas Bay and the seafront in Wicklow Town. It’s not glamorous work. But it keeps buildings watertight for years.

And the groundworks side of things matters more than people expect. Poor drainage under a foundation causes problems that show up years later, sometimes long after a builder is gone. We get that right from the start.

Where we work

We’re based in Wicklow Town and take on projects across the county. We know the ground conditions around here, from the clay soils near the Murrough to the harder ground up towards the Vale of Avoca. That local knowledge changes how we approach a build.

But every project is different. We price each one honestly, show up when we say we will, and we don’t leave sites in a state.
