How we work

We plan before we dig. Every job gets a proper look before a single brick moves. That saves time. It saves money. It avoids nasty surprises on site.

Converting garages is one of those jobs that homeowners often underestimate. The structural side of it matters a great deal, and we make sure the work is done to a standard that actually holds up over years, not just weeks.

Where we build

We are based in Folkestone and work regularly around the CT19 and CT20 postcodes. Jobs near the Harbour Arm, out towards Sandgate, and up around the North Downs are all familiar ground to us. We know the ground conditions here (chalk and clay being the main culprits), and we plan accordingly.

The practical side

We use solid materials, sourced from suppliers we trust. Blockwork is laid level and bonded correctly. Render is mixed and applied to stick, not just to look good on the day. However it is dressed up on paper, a building job lives or dies by what happens on site.

Fair enough, we are not the cheapest quote you will find. But we are the ones who turn up on time, communicate plainly, and leave the site clean.
