Who we are

: Canvey Island, Essex. That’s where we’re based, and that’s the ground we know best.

We’ve been laying patios and sorting gardens across this area long enough to know the soil, the drainage quirks, and the kind of back gardens people are actually working with here. A lot of them are tight. Terraced properties with rear-access constraints are something we deal with regularly, getting materials in through a side gate or a narrow passage without tearing up someone’s brickwork getting there.

We don’t overcomplicate it. You tell us what you want, we come out, look at the space, and give you a straight price. No waffle, no vague estimates that double by the time we’re done.

Porcelain is massive right now, and fair enough, it looks well and it holds up. But we work with natural stone too, sandstone especially, and it still suits a lot of gardens better depending on the look people are after. Is there a right answer? Depends entirely on your garden and how you use it.

Fencing and walling we do as part of a full garden job or on their own. Same with turf and artificial grass. Some people want the full picture done in one go, others just need one thing sorted.

We cover Canvey Island and the surrounding parts of Essex. You’d be surprised, some of the most awkward jobs we’ve done remind me of working off the Fortunestown Road back in the day, tight access, no room to swing a cat, and still the finish had to be right.
