We are a building contractor based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Residential work is our bread and butter, and we have been doing this long enough to know what homeowners actually need from a builder.

How we work

So when we price a job, we mean it. No vague estimates that double by the time we are halfway through. We price properly, we communicate clearly, and we show up when we say we will.

Structurally, we work to current Part A building regulations, which govern load-bearing walls, beam sizing, and foundation design. That matters when you are altering an existing structure or adding above it.

We use quality materials throughout. Facing brick, dense aggregate block, sand and cement render, insulated cavity construction. Nothing exotic. Just solid, proven methods done right.
