How we work

We plan carefully before we touch a single brick. Groundworks and foundations get done right first time. We work with concrete block, facing brick, sand and cement render, the materials that actually last in Cheshire’s damp climate.

Converting garages is something we get called out for regularly. A lot of older properties around the Wirral side of Cheshire have garages that are genuinely underused, and we turn them into proper habitable rooms, insulated and plastered to the same standard as the rest of the house.

We cover the CH64 postcode and the surrounding villages. Jobs near Parkgate, out toward Burton and across to Ellesmere Port are all familiar ground for us. We know the soil conditions, the local building control requirements, and which materials perform well in this area.

Straight talk, no nonsense. We price jobs fairly. We start when we say we will. We clean up after ourselves.

Loft conversions are another strong part of our workload. We carry out structural alterations, fit steels where required, and manage the full build from the structural opening through to plastered walls ready for decorating.

Every project (however big or small it turns out to be) gets the same level of attention from us. We do not cut corners on a small job just because it is a small job.
