I’ve been doing this long enough to know that most people don’t ring a builder because things are going well. Something needs fixing, extending, or rebuilding properly. Converting garages is one of those jobs people put off for years. It’s worth doing right. A poorly converted garage is basically a cold room you paid money for, so we make sure the insulation, flooring, and finish are done to a proper standard from the start.

Structural alterations are another big one. Knocking through walls, installing steel, rerouting drainage. It sounds straightforward until it isn’t, which is why experience counts here more than anywhere else.

We use solid materials throughout. Facing brick, dense concrete block, sand and cement render where it’s called for. Nothing fancy, just the stuff that lasts.

However good a builder sounds on paper, the proof is always in what they leave behind. We work cleanly, we keep you in the loop, and we don’t disappear halfway through a job. That last one alone puts us ahead of a fair few people in this trade.
