What we actually do

We handle the work most people need when a property wants serious attention. That covers:

One job we get called out for regularly is rendering the exterior of a house with K Rend. It’s a finish that holds up well in the wet weather we get around here, and it looks clean for years if it’s applied right. We’ve done a fair few in Ellesmere Port, Helsby, and out near Frodsham.

How we work

We don’t subcontract the skilled work out. Our own lads do it. That matters because when something needs sorting mid-job, there’s no waiting around for someone else to make a decision.

But we’re not the cheapest outfit going, and we’re honest about that. Good materials and proper prep cost money. Skimping on foundations or using the wrong mix for a render job means you’re paying twice in two years. We’d rather tell you that upfront.

And the jobs we enjoy most are the ones where a customer says the house has needed it for years. That’s usually when the result is most satisfying all round.
