How We Work

We come out, look at what you have, and tell you straight what needs doing. No padding the quote, no vague estimates. A lot of jobs turn out smaller than the homeowner feared, which is always good news.

When we fit a flat roof, we use a minimum 60mm tapered insulation board to achieve the correct fall for drainage. That is not something every crew bothers with, but it is the reason flat roofs fail when it is skipped.

Materials and Standards

We work with quality asphalt shingles rated for the Canadian climate, proper underlayment, and cedar shake where clients want the traditional look. However, we always recommend what suits the roof structure and your budget, not just what is easiest for us.
