Who we are

: Local outfit, proper ground-up work.

We’re based in Guilden Sutton and we cover the surrounding area closely, including out towards Chester, Christleton, and Mickle Trafford. We know these roads, these soils, and the kind of wear local driveways take through a Cheshire winter.

What do we actually do?

We lay new driveways and patios from scratch, and we repair and resurface what’s already there. Is there a point paying for a full replacement when a solid resurface job will give you another decade? Sometimes there isn’t. We’ll tell you straight which way makes sense.

Our surfacing options cover a good spread:

• Block paving, both new installs and resets
• Resin bound, permeable and clean-looking
• Tarmac and asphalt, built to take it
• Pattern imprinted concrete
• Gravel and loose stone
• Natural stone and porcelain for patios

The bits people often forget to ask about

Before any resurfacing goes down, we check the base properly. If there’s a low spot sitting underneath, we build it up first. Skipping that step is how you end up with puddles sitting on a brand new surface six months in. We’ve seen it on jobs we’ve been called in to fix after someone else cut corners.

We also handle drainage, soakaways, kerbing, and edging. A driveway that sheds water badly is a proper pain in the neck, so we sort that side of things as standard.

Beyond the hard standing

It’s not just surfaces. We do walling, fencing, and soft landscaping too. If you want the lawn tidied up, borders defined, or a garden wall rebuilt while we’re on site, we can crack on with that in the same visit.

Pothole repairs, crack filling, sealing worn tarmac, resetting sunken blocks. We do the small jobs the same as the big ones.
