One job that comes up more than people expect is insulating a cold garage conversion. A lot of them are done years back with no thought given to the floor or the walls, and people end up heating a room that just loses everything straight out through the slab. We sort that properly.

We use quality materials throughout. Rigid PIR boards, mineral wool, EPS bead, breathable membranes where the wall construction calls for it. We match the product to the building, not the other way around.

Damp and condensation are usually a symptom, not a problem on their own. However, get the insulation and air sealing right and a lot of those issues sort themselves out without you spending money on treatments that won’t last.

We also help you navigate the SEAI grant process. It is not as complicated as it looks, and we have done it enough times to get you through it without the headache.
