A bit about how we work

Pumped cavity wall insulation is one of the jobs I get called out to most often around Tipperary, particularly in estates built between the 1970s and 1990s where the original cavity was left empty. The process involves injecting polystyrene bead into the wall cavity using specialist equipment, it bonds in place and does not settle over time.

A lot of homes near Cashel, Thurles, and Nenagh have damp or condensation problems that turn out to be heat loss issues underneath, not a drainage fault or a structural crack. Identifying that correctly before we quote saves everyone time.

SEAI grants and BER ratings

We help homeowners understand what SEAI grants they qualify for and guide you through the paperwork. A properly insulated home will see a real improvement in its BER rating, however the work has to be done to specification for that to count.
