Materials we know well

We work with a wide range of stone. Liscannor flagstone is a favourite for customers who want real character underfoot. We have also specified Donegal quartzite on several jobs here in Essex, and the hard wear on that material is genuinely impressive over time.

We are not fancy (I have been known to turn up with tea in a flask and mud on my boots), but the finished results speak for themselves.

How we work

Prep matters most. We dig proper. We get the falls right. Drainage is sorted before a single slab goes down. Good groundwork is invisible when the job is done, however a bad base shows itself fast.
